Collection & Delivery

The Collection pick-up window for cakes is from 11 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Saturday. If there is any error with your order, you must notify us at pick-up so that we can address it immediately. We are not able to make any change to your order once it leaves the shop. If you order delivery, you forfeit the opportunity to review and approve your order at pick-up. 

Standard delivery - Great for classic orders. We are happy to organize a third party delivery to your door. Your orders are delivered within a 4 hour time frame from our door to yours. Delivery is 25€ for Paris 75. Pricing for outside Paris is available upon request. We stress with every driver the importance of handling these packages with extreme care, but we cannot guarantee them once they leave the shop.

Special Delivery - This is the safest option! We care about your custom orders. Our cake artists and designers spend hours crafting your custom orders and we like to make sure they are delivered with the care they deserve. Delivery starts at 40€ and will vary depending on your order. Don’t worry, we can send you a quote!

The delivery services are third party delivery services. Orders are delivered by car, within the window of 10 AM to 3 PM, from our door to yours. We stress with every driver the importance of handling these packages with extreme care, but we cannot guarantee them once they leave the shop.

Custom Cake Orders

All custom orders should be placed at least 14 days in advance or they may not be accepted. We love to be part of your celebrations, if we have availabilities we can squeeze you in. All orders accepted with less than a 48h notice will incur a €30 rush fee.

We require full payment before we start making your order. After we agree on the design of your custom cake together, you will receive an Agreement Order Form that you will need to review and sign. When that is confirmed we will not be able to change your order. We will then send you a payment link. We will send your cake to production as soon as we have received the payment. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received.

When recreating a design from a photo, we do our best to replicate the decoration in the photo; however, all of our cakes are handmade from scratch, and therefore there will be some variation based on the person making the cake and the materials available to us. For example, colors may not be exact although they will be as close as possible. 

Regular Orders

All regular orders should be placed latest 72 hours in advance or they may not be accepted. We love to be part of your celebrations, if we have availabilities we can squeeze you in for no extra charge.

Cake Care

All of our cakes should be eaten at room temperature. Cakes may be stored in the fridge for up to three days.

We are artisan and artist and we work with our hands. While our team is extremely skilled, there are sometimes slight variations to the initial design. Fondant sculptures can be very delicate, handle with extra care.

Please note that the cakes will be chilled for safe transport, but should be eaten at room temperature. This takes 3-4 hours for buttercream cakes and 1 hour for cream cheese cakes outside of refrigeration. Just remember to take them out a couple of hours before serving. All the cakes are very fragile; we do not recommend transporting the cakes by scooter or bike, and we do not recommend putting or carrying them in a bag.

Refunds

For all regular orders, we are happy to offer a full refund if your order is canceled 3 days in advance. Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance will not be refunded.

For all custom orders we are happy to offer a full refund with 14 days notice. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will not be refunded.

Ingredients and Allergens

We bake in an environment that handles Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Soya, Sesame, Nuts and Sulphites, we use PEANUT BUTTER in the kitchen and we use products that are produced in factories that handle Peanuts. Therefore we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from the above.
